Do you offer gift wrapping or gift message options? 

Yes and Yes! We love being a part of your gifting needs. Add "gift message" to cart with your custom message for a free card added to package. If you would like us add gift wrap with the message please add the $5 "gift wrap" option to cart as well. Contact us if you have something special in mind. We can get creative. 

Do you offer custom design services? 

To keep things simple - you should contact us. We can help you find a solution for what you're dreaming up. Generally we charge a $25 custom design fee to get you started. 

What if I want a plant with my purchase? 

Because we ship to a variety of climates - we don't currently list our plants online. Please contact us to see what we have available. We can arrange a special order for you. 

What are your shipping and handling charges? 

Shipping will be calculated automatically by the Shopify checkout page. We offer free standard US shipping after $35. 

When will my order ship? 

Our goal is to get your package to you ASAP. Generally your package ships within 3-5 days. Most orders are made to order. We are fast 99.9 percent of the time. We are not immune to supply shortages or change in product availability. If your order will take longer than estimated ship time - we will reach out to find a way to accommodate. 

Where is my lost or missing item? 

If you believe your item is lost or missing, we recommend first checking the tracking information sent in your confirmation email. If the tracking information says your item was delivered but it has not arrived, we recommend checking with your local post office to see when and if they received the item for delivery. If you are an international customer, your item may be being held at your local post office if your country requires the payment of duty fees.Rosebud LLC is not responsible for items once they have been dispatched, but will do everything in its power to make sure you receive your purchase. If you have followed the above steps and still cannot locate your package, contact and we will get back to you ASAP.

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

We offer 3-5 day shipping all the time. If you qualify for free shipping after spending $35 you will be given the option to upgrade to a faster available shipping time frame. Keep in mind that most items are made to order. If you are expecting an item extremely fast - your best option is to message us below or email so we can help arrange. 

Which countries do you ship to? 

We ship to most places. Shopify should help you calculate your best shipping option at the checkout screen. Our free shipping is only for destinations within the US. 

What is your refund policy? 

We do not offer Returns or Refunds on live plants. We have packaged and guaranteed all plants will arrive safe and healthy when they leave our warehouse. Once shipped the buyer assumes all risk. Bare in mind that while we have to set policies to protect our small business - we also have your best intentions in mind. Please email as soon as you feel you need to place a return. We only honor returns within 3 days of arrival. We will need photo proof of claim against any product damage. 

What if I ordered the wrong item? 

Reach out to us as soon as possible. We generally get to making your order as soon as we receive it. So be quick about it. We will work with you to find a resolution. 

My item was damaged upon arrival. What should I do? 

We have tested and improved our wrapping and shipping methods for quite some time now. If you experience an issue please reach out to us. We will need photo proof of the claim within 3 days of arrival. 

How can I pay for my order? 

We accept most major credit and debit cards. This will be processed through Shopify's secure checkout platform. If you qualify - Affirm Pay Later options should appear on the checkout screen as well. This will fall under Affirm Terms of Service.
