Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

At Rosebud HomeGoods, every item is made to order just for you. Because of that, we handle returns a little differently than big-box retailers.

Made-to-Order Items

Since our products are custom made, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. That said, if your order does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a 30% discount on your next purchase.

Items with Imperfections

If you receive something with a defect, you have two options. You can keep the item and receive a 15% refund, or you can return it at your own shipping expense for a replacement or repair.

Authorized Returns

In rare cases where a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent back within 14 days of delivery.
